建议煮法:
材料:汤料一包,六碗清水。
1. 将所有材料冲洗一会。
2. 将所有材料倒入锅中,加水。
3. 以大火将药材煮滚,随后以文火煨煮至少两个小时,或煮至莲子变软为止。
4. 加入适量冰糖,趁热上桌。
Performance Tonic Soup is traditionally used to improve digestive functions, increase vitality and reduce dampness in our body. It can be cooked sweet with rock sugar and served as a dessert or cooling drink, or add in some meat to make it savoury, as a soup.

HOW TO USE :
Ingredients: One box of soup ingredients, 6 bowls of water.
1. Rinse all ingredients once.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 6 bowls of water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 2 hours or until the lotus seeds are soft and tender.
4. Add rock sugar to taste and serve warm.
