【安溪】特级铁观音 Tie Kuan Yin 50g
“铁观音”栽培于我县泉甘土赤的崇山峻岭之中,由于得天独厚的自然气候土壤条件,加上历史悠久的传统栽培技术和复杂的特殊加工工艺,可谓“天时”“地利“”人和“三者兼备,相得益彰,形成其独特的优良品质。
泡饮方法:
与红,绿茶类不同。最好选用瓷质或陶制小壶或小盅,先用开水将其烫热,然后装入适量的铁观音(以容器的五至七成为宜),冲以沸水,随泡随饮,不宜久浸或熬煮,水温越高香气越好。每泡茶可以反复冲泡六七次,其色,香,味犹存。
Tie kuan yin is planted in high mountain with sweet spring and rubby soil, favoured with the natural weather and soil conditions, and further perfected with complex traditional technological refining processings, it possesses its unusual specification.
The way of its preparation is different from preparing any of the other tea varieties. Heat a small porcelain or pottery vessel with hot water first, and then put in Tie Kuan yin tea leaves say about 50-70% of its cavity. It would be ready by just treating it with boiling water, it would retain its color, fragrance and smell in full extent as repeated for 6-7 times.
